We are registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000530459. Our NIP is 9471984549. Our share capital is PLN 100,000.00. § 2 Terms used in the Privacy Policy

If you notice any of the following capitalized terms in the following section of our Policy, you should understand them as defined below:

  1. Service ” – website www.mobilems.pl and www.muza.solutions,

  2. Policy ” – means this document, or privacy policy, which you are reading,

  3. RODO” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. You can find the text of the RODO here,

  4. Social media ” – the social network Facebook and LinkedIn.

§ 3. Your rights regarding personal data

  1. We process your personal information, therefore:

  3. You can request their deletion when allowed by the RODO,

  4. You have the right to restrict processing, to the extent specified in the RODO.

§ 4 Right to object

        1. In the situations specified below, you have the right to object if we process your data:

  1. for direct marketing purposes; you do not have to justify such objection;

§ 6 Personal data security and risks

  1. We use technical measures required by current data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically, i.e. within our Service.

  2. We would like to point out that the specific risks associated with the use of services such as ours are:

    1. malicious software ( malware),

    2. spyware,

    3. Phishing by impersonating trustworthy entities (known as phishing),

    4. Hackers’ efforts to break into ICT systems .

  3. On our part, we are taking measures to secure the Website and the data processed therein against these threats. Also, remember to follow the security rules yourself. For example: install and keep up-to-date an anti-virus program and do not click on links or open attachments from messages whose origin you are not sure of, always check the e-mail address of the sender of the message and verify the address of the website where you log in to our Service. Pay attention to whether they contain “typos” or are related to the brand or company stated in the message.

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is for us to conduct pre-contractual activities with you at your request, i.e. Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA.

For the time it takes to resolve the case you presented. Depending on its type, also for the time it takes to prove that we have resolved it, i.e. for the period of the statute of limitations for claims.

We have described them in § 3 and 4 of the Policy. You also have the right to portability of your personal data under the terms of the RODO.

It is voluntary. Without providing your contact information, we may not be able to resolve the issue you have presented or prepare an offer for you if you have contacted us for this purpose.

Due to the tools used, which are provided by Microsoft Corporation, there may be transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, based on the decision of the European Commission dated 10/07/2023 issued under the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), finding an adequate level of personal data protection provided under the EU-US data protection framework.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for this purpose is Article 6(1)(b) RODO (i.e. performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party), Article 6(1)(c) RODO (performance of a legal obligation: concerning personal data indicated in Article221 § 1 of the Labor Code) and Article 6(1)(a) RODO i.e. consent (concerning personal data provided voluntarily by the candidate beyond the scope indicated in Article221 § 1 of the Labor Code).

Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal of consent.

    1. for the time necessary for the recruitment process, including until it is completed,

    2. for the time necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the controller or until you object to further processing,

    3. no longer than for a period of 12 months from the moment of consent, or until it is revoked,

    4. Until the consent given is withdrawn.

We have described them in § 3 and 4 of the Policy. You may also exercise your right to portability of your personal data under the terms of the RODO.

If you are applying for a job position – then the obligation to provide certain data arises from the Labor Code. If you are applying for a position as an associate – the provision of data is voluntary.

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is your consent, i.e. Article 10(2) of the Act on Providing Electronic Services in conjunction with Article 172(1) of the Telecommunications Law in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Our legitimate interest is:

Processing your personal data to provide you with commercial information during phone calls based on your consent.

For the time it takes to resolve the case you presented. Depending on its type, also for the time it takes to prove that we have resolved it, i.e. for the period of the statute of limitations for claims.

It is voluntary. Without your contact information, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or prepare offers for you if you have contacted us for this purpose.

If you use our profile, pay attention to the following things:

An example of how to do this: we will respond to the messages you send to us using the tools available on social media, e.g. private message (priv).

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Our legitimate interest is:

Resolve the issue you presented and respond to your message.

Having a discussion with you within the comments under individual posts.

An example of how this works: if you comment on our post or tag us in some discussion, we are more than likely to respond to your message. We will then see the name of your account on a particular social network and your profile picture.

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Our legitimate interest is:

Holding discussions with users commenting on our social media posts or tagging us in discussions held in them.

Statistical involving the presentation to us by social media providers of data about the views of our posts, their reach, the number of interactions, or the demographics of our followers.

The data presented to us by social media providers is statistical data, but it is created based on that company’s observation of your behavior on our profile.

An example of how to do this: we will obtain information from social media providers on what hours and on what days the largest number of our followers are logged into a particular site.

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Our legitimate interest is:

Obtaining knowledge about the users who observe our social media profiles and interact with our posts. This allows us to optimize our communication methods, including adjusting them to the average age of our followers or choosing optimal times to publish posts.

Marketing to inform people about our services and ourselves through posts that we put on our profiles, including sponsored posts that are displayed to a wider range of social media users.

An example of how this works: within this framework, we may display advertisements to you relating to products available on the Website, including those you have viewed on the Website.

The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Our legitimate interest is:

Conducting marketing of the Service and promoting the products available on it.

Investigating and defending against claims.

Example of action for this purpose: you contact us and indicate that we have not fulfilled our obligations to you or that we have violated the principles of personal data processing and make demands to us on this account.

For the time necessary to carry out the activities described above, i.e. responding to your messages, conducting discussions in Social media, fulfilling the above marketing and statistical purposes, pursuing and defending against claims, and for the time necessary to detect and prevent abuse. At the same time, we will not process your personal data longer than until you object.

This is voluntary. However, due to the rules applied by Social media, we will see your name or nickname and photo if you write to us or comment on our post.

Your personal data will be transferred to the United States on the basis of a decision of the European Commission dated 10/07/2023 issued under a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), finding an adequate level of protection for personal data provided under the EU-US data protection framework. § 15 Types of cookies

There are several types of cookies on the Website:

  1. Session-based, which remain in your browser’s memory until you turn it off,

  2. temporary files, which remain in the memory of your web browser until a predetermined period of time has passed. You can delete such files yourself in advance,

  3. Permanent, which remain in your browser’s memory until you delete them,

  4. own, which come directly from the Administrator,

  5. external, come from third-party tool providers on our Service.

§ 18 The effect of changing browser settings on the use of the Website

Changing the configuration of your web browser to one that prevents or restricts the storage of cookies may result in restrictions on the functionality of the Service. Deleting cookies in the course of providing the Service may lead to similar consequences. This means that some of our services will not be available without cookies, for example you will not be able to log in to the Service.

§ 19 External cookies

  1. Cookies placed on your computer, phone or tablet may come from other service providers. You can delete them yourself. We indicate how to do this in § 17 of the Policy. These files are stored on your device for different lengths of time, depending on the file in question.

  3. Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; to manage tags and pixels on the website.

  4. Pixel FB provided by Meta Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; for the marketing purpose of optimizing display advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including improving the performance of these advertising campaigns and measuring their results.

  5. Meta Platforms provided by Meta Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; to analyze and measure the products and services offered, including contests, and to reach out to people interested in the products and services.

  6. YouTube, provided by Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; in order to implement the functionality of YouTube video content on the Service. In the case of YouTube services, we are able, among other things, to keep statistics on which of our materials have been viewed by you.
